SHRED READY: SNOW FITNESS MONTHLY CLASSES

Winter is fast creeping over the horizon and if the farmer's are right, we're all set for a pow-heavy winter courtesy of the snow gods. Which if you're like me means you're already getting a mega froth on at the prospect of going riding soon! Owing to an injury this year (ruptured ATFL ligament in my ankle) I couldn't go snowboarding last season so have been working extra hard on specific workouts and training. I am now bringing this bespoke winter shred mega-rad and fun workout to you guys!

THE FREE LIFE... IT'S COMING

Some months ago an impromptu meeting was called, drawing together an altogether awesome assortment of many of the women I have been fortunate to work, shred, play or collaborate with since I have been riding and working within the action sports/sports world some 10 years. Lead instigator, the irrepressible Hannah Bailey, a supremely brilliant soul who has amongst other ventures in her time worked for Roxy, is the PR Manager for DC, founder of her own PR business Neon Stash, and tireless lover and champion and of creative discovery and women's action sports.

London to Paris Bike Ride

I’m finding it hard to believe that it’s already two years since I embarked upon and somehow finished a totalllyyyyy mellow (NAAAAT) 450km bike ride to Paris from London. I think my butt has just about recovered, and with shots of the trip popping up on my Timehop, it brought back all the memories of sun-scorched quads, sweaty hill climbs, endless croissants, tears, tape, tools & toasts at the finish line at the Arc de Triomphe and a hobble home on the Euro Star.

Cornish cruisin' at the Roxy RUNSUPYOGA

Takin’ it to the heart of the British surf scene, Roxy touched down on Fistral Beach, Newquay for an awesome day of #RUPSUPSOGA (the clue’s in the name dudes). A quick hightail down the motorway with fellow Roxy Ambassador, the yoga-licious Lucy Foster Perkins, and we were ready to roll and fully kitted out in a hella array of bright spandex from our favourite purveyors of surf and fitness threads, Roxy. Having grown up with Roxy I’ve been stoked to see the brand develop and grow into a more modern women's lifestyle brand, encompassing all facets of fitness, shred, innate adventure and love of life.
