ADVANCED UPPER BODY WORKOUT

Advanced Upper-body Blast!

Start with a good warm-up focusing on mobility. I am targeting multiple-muscle groups here, and some of these exercises should be for more advanced though I've detailed regression too.

Beginners start with lighter weight and all focus on nailing form

1. Kettlebell row, snatch & shoulder press 16kg: 8-12 reps

2. Staggered push-up 5 right hand fwd, 5 left X 3 ( 1 beginners, 2 intermediate)

3. Pushup with a clap: 5-8 reps (beginners on your knees in box, intermediate staggered on knees)

4. Kettlebell swing alternating arms: 13-15 reps per arm

5. Kettlebell high-pull 13-15 reps -Single leg tricep dips 13-15 reps change leg raised 13-15 reps

Try 3 sets with a minute break in between, 4 if you're beastin'
