Mad To Live are stoked to announce two very special fitness workshops this summer in London with fellow cohorts and the oringinal instigators of girl power bad-assery, leading London gym Move Your Frame. Owned by power-players Joan Murphy and Pip Black, Move Your Frame has long been a Mad To Live favourite. Founder Sophie Everard first joined Frame as a client 10 years ago, becoming inspired to teach fitness there herself and eventually teaching classes. Mad To Live can’t wait to host these radical workshops this summer in London with Move Your Frame!

THE MAD TO LIVE SUMMER SHRED WORKSHOP

A high-energy bespoke workout with Sophie Mad To Live that will improve your stamina and conditioning for your favourite summer sports like surfing and stand up paddle boarding (or just legging it around your favourite festival / dancing til dawn). Expect a whole heap of radness to push your limits, plus epic tunes (& a goodie bag!)

Expect targeted strengthening exercises and movements to boost power and condition, working with body weight and kettle bells, and a balance focus to enhance your ability to stabilise and maintain positions. We’ll be jumping on the treadmills for sprints and getting radical in some hard-core HIIT sets to develop anaerobic fitness, conditioning the heart and muscle tone, perfect for paddling stronger and playing harder!

A badass boxing & combat sport focussed workshop with Sophie Mad To Live interjected with strength & endurance training. Get ready to go badass to the bone.

Harness your inner Lara Croft at a badass boxing and combat sport focussed workshop with Sophie Mad To Live interjected with strength & endurance training. Expect a juicy mobility warm up looking at developing cat-like ninja skills, before getting into the sweat-fest of focussed boxing & kickboxing techniques, complemented with kettlebell exercises to boost your strength, and getting on the treadmill to work your endurance limits. No experience necessary, but base level of fitness.
